Quilled Durga.

My Fourth Durga for Dr Rashmi. No matter how many times I make it is always difficult to bring all the pieces together . I have used mostly 3mm strips and few 5mm strips.

cissors: Scissors are useful to cut out pieces that will later be assembled into a card. I actually don’t use scissors that often. My weapon of choice is still an X-acto knife.http://paperartviet.com/how-to-make/
